• Transaction Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of digital protocols and administrative access, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the Audit Credit has been issued to the Associate's file.

2. SERVICE RESERVATIONS (THE BOOKING FEE)

3. CANCELLATIONS & ATTENDANCE

• Rescheduling: One (1) reschedule is permitted if requested 24 hours in advance.

• No-Shows: Failure to appear within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time results in session forfeiture. No refunds are issued for missed appointments.

4. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & SOBRIETY

• Standard of Conduct: Clients must maintain a professional demeanor. Harassment or violation of the established Code of Conduct results in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Sobriety: Gender Solutions NY maintains a zero-tolerance policy for substance use during sessions.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRIVACY

• Non-Disclosure: All communications, documents, and sessions are the exclusive intellectual property of Gender Solutions NY LLC.

• No Recording: Any unauthorized recording, screenshotting, or distribution of materials is a violation of New York State privacy laws and will be prosecuted.

6. PRIVACY & DATA PROTOCOL

• Gender Solutions NY LLC: utilizes third-party gateways and manual voucher protocols to ensure client discretion. We do not store wallet addresses or redemption codes beyond verification. Financial data is governed by the respective processor's policy; no session-specific data is shared with financial institutions.

7. Chargeback Policy:

• By proceeding with any transaction, the Associate acknowledges that payments are made for administrative labor, digital intellectual property, and reserved consulting time.

  Unauthorized payment reversals, chargebacks, or financial disputes initiated after delivery of digital materials or consulting access will be treated as a Contractual Breach of the Master Service Protocol and may constitute the theft of proprietary digital assets.

  Gender Solutions NY LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of lost administrative labor, intellectual property damages, and any related processing fees through appropriate legal channels.

• Authority: Gender Solutions NY LLC operates on a lead-consultant basis. Any attempt to deviate from the established session structure without prior arrangement will result in immediate termination.

• Small Print for Bank: (Violation of professional hierarchy constitutes a Breach of Service Agreement.)

II. Safety, Sobriety, & Mental Health

• Zero Tolerance: Clients must be 100% sober. Any suspicion of intoxication results in immediate session forfeiture.

• Mental Wellbeing: This is a space for power exchange and identity curation, not therapy. Clients are responsible for their own psychological readiness.

III. Privacy & The Seal of Silence (IP Protection)

• No Recording: Any unauthorized recording, screenshotting, or audio capture is a theft of Intellectual Property.

  All MAP transfers are categorized as non-refundable Administrative Equity payments representing completed administrative labor and the delivery of proprietary consulting frameworks.

SIGNAL RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (The "Service Tier")

• The Weekly Subscription: Your weekly access covers a base tier of 50 messages.

• Overage Fees: High-frequency communication (exceeding 50 messages) incurs a $5 per-message resource fee.

• Media Protocol: Unsolicited media requires manual administrative review and data handling. A $50 Manual Data Processing Fee for Unsolicited Media will be applied to clear the administrative breach.

• Zero Tolerance: Any transmission of illegal media (minors) results in an immediate permanent ban and reporting to NCMEC/authorities.
