Terms Of Service

1. THE VETTING TRIBUTE (APPLICATION FEE)

1. All aspirants must submit a $50 Non-Refundable Vetting Tribute to have their petition for access reviewed by Mistress Elena.

   • Administrative Nature: This fee is strictly for the processing of paperwork and the professional review of your application.

   • Separation of Fees: This tribute is not a deposit and does not apply toward the cost of any future session.

   • No Guarantee: Payment of this fee covers the labor of the review process; it does not guarantee acceptance into the System.

   • Non-Refundable: This fee is earned upon receipt and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including the rejection of your petition.

   2. THE COMMITMENT DEPOSIT (BOOKING FEE)

   Once a petition is granted and you are invited to book, a 50% Non-Refundable Commitment Deposit is required to secure a specific time slot on the calendar.

   • This deposit is separate from the Vetting Tribute.

   • This fee reserves My time exclusively for you. Your appointment is not confirmed until this deposit is cleared.

   3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

   • Cancellations: If you cancel your session for any reason, the Commitment Deposit is forfeited.

   • Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior. Requests made within the 24-hour window require a new Commitment Deposit.

   • No-Shows: Failure to appear within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time results in immediate session forfeiture and the loss of all fees paid.

   4. FINAL TRIBUTE The remaining 50% balance of the session fee must be paid immediately at the start of the call. Mistress Elena reserves the right to terminate the connection if the balance is not settled before protocol begins.

   5. REFUND POLICY All payments are final. By paying the Vetting Tribute or Commitment Deposit, you acknowledge that you are paying for Mistress Elena’s administrative labor and the reservation of her schedule. No refunds will be issued for "buyer’s remorse" or "failed vetting."

   THE PROTOCOL OF TRIBUTE

   Mistress Elena’s time and attention are finite resources. Outside of formal sessions, the following protocols apply:

   • Inquiry Tribute: If you wish to ask a question or engage in "small talk" outside of the vetting process, a tribute is expected. Silence is the default; tribute is the key to My voice.

   • Apology Tributes: If you violate a minor protocol, miss a check-in, or waste My time with indecision, an Apology Tribute is required to restore your standing within the System.

   • Gifts and Offerings: Ritualistic tributes (Digital Gifts, Cash-outs, or Wishlist items) are viewed as acts of pure devotion. These do not grant you a session, but they do elevate your status in My eyes and ensure you remain at the forefront of My mind.

   • Non-Transactionality: Tributes are voluntary gifts. They are non-refundable and do not constitute a contract for services. They are an acknowledgement of My superiority and your desire to please.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Protocol of the Cage. Failure to adhere to these rules results in immediate expulsion.

1. PROTOCOL AND HIERARCHY

• The Persona is Reality: You will address Mistress Elena by her preferred honorifics at all times. Casual familiarity or "breaking character" without explicit permission is a violation of protocol.

• Authority: While consent is pre-negotiated, the Mistress leads. Any attempt to dominate the session or direct the Mistress without prior arrangement will end the session immediately.

2. SOBRIETY AND MENTAL STATE

• Zero Tolerance: You must be stone-cold sober. If Mistress Elena suspects you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the session ends, and all fees are forfeited as a "Disrespect Penalty."

• Mental Wellbeing: The Cage is a space for power exchange, not therapy. You are responsible for your own mental health.

3. PRIVACY AND THE SEAL OF SILENCE

• No Recording: Any recording of audio, video, or taking of screenshots is strictly forbidden. This is a violation of Mistress Elena’s intellectual property and privacy.

• No Doxing: Any attempt to uncover the private details, location, or "real-world" identity of Mistress Elena will result in a permanent ban and legal reporting.

4. FINANCIAL INTEGRITY AND THE "LEDGER OF DEVOTION AND DISHONOR"

• No Chargeback Fraud: Attempting to claw back payments through your bank is considered theft. Mistress Elena maintains detailed logs of all vetting and agreements.

• The Penalty: Fraudulent chargebacks or harassment will result in your details being published on the Hall of Shame as a warning to the community.

5. COMMUNICATION BOUNDARIES

• Official Channels Only: Contact is permitted only through the platforms listed on this site. Reaching out via personal social media or unapproved apps is a "Hard Limit" violation and will result in a block.

Signal Rules of Engagement

"Acceptance into my Signal contact list is a privilege, not a right. Once your Weekly Access Tribute is confirmed, you will be granted my handle. You will adhere to the following Protocol without exception:"

1. The Weekly Quota: Your tribute covers up to 50 messages per week. Every message over this limit requires an additional $5 'Overage Tribute' per text.

2. No Unsolicited Media: You are forbidden from sending photos, voice notes, or videos unless I explicitly command an 'Inspection.' Unsolicited media results in an immediate $50 Blindness Fine. Any images/photos sent of minors and you will be banned from this site and reported to the proper authorities

3. The Morning Report: Every day by 8:00 AM, you will send a brief status report (Counted toward your 50).

4. No Double-Messaging: If I have not replied, you do not message again. Patience is a requirement of your station.

5. Vanishing Messages: My Signal is set to 'Vanishing Messages.' Do not attempt to screenshot or save my words. A screenshot notification is an automatic, permanent Blacklist from Pandora’s Cage.

6. The Weekend Blackout: Unless a Priority Access Fee has been paid, Signal contact is restricted during my 'Dark Hours.'
