Secure Administrative Settlement & Retainers
This portal is restricted to authorized Associates only.
Please review the following institutional terms carefully before allocating resources.
1. The Commitment Retainer (Booking & Logistics)
Once a consultation has been authorized and a time allocation is offered, a 50% Non-Refundable Commitment Retainer is required to secure placement on the Director’s calendar.
This retainer is separate from the Initial Suitability Audit Fee.
Your consultation status remains “Pending” until this allocation is confirmed.
This retainer compensates for the administrative labor involved in removing the allocated time from the public schedule and reserving proprietary resources exclusively for your file.
2. Rescheduling & Attendance Protocols
Cancellations:
Any cancellation results in forfeiture of the Commitment Retainer as liquidated damages for lost administrative time.Rescheduling:
One (1) reschedule request is permitted if submitted at least 24 hours in advance.Late Requests:
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time require a new Commitment Retainer to re-allocate the Director’s availability.Punctuality:
Failure to appear within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time constitutes a no-show and results in immediate forfeiture of all allocated fees.
3. Balance Settlement
The remaining 50% Service Balance must be settled immediately upon session initiation.
Protocol will not commence until account verification is complete.
Failure to settle the balance results in immediate termination of the engagement and forfeiture of the initial retainer.
4. Finality & Refund Policy
All transfers are final and non-reversible.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you are procuring:
Administrative Labor
Reserved Time
Proprietary Intellectual Property
No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are permitted under any circumstances.
I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the Master Service Protocol and understand that all payments represent earned administrative retainers and reserved professional time. Payments are processed securely. Privacy and discretion are respected at all times.

Terms of Service & Privacy Policy: All fees are for professional suitability assessments and digital consulting services. Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of initiation.
